Went with my mum and sister to the Bee Gees Fever evening, what a brilliant time we had. The band was great and ambiance.
Took me back to the good old days, sung my heart out along with the whole of the Audience.
Great Night!!

The Show was fabulous - Blake were on form and their pianist was fantastic, great guest choir aswell. Tickets are affordable and easy parking but the trade off is it does get very hot in there & the seats are possibly THE most uncomfortable seats Ive ever sat on - would have been more comfortable on the floor.

We are selective but are never disappointed when we want a night out at this venue. Best entertainment and great atmosphere where everyone feels like a big family. … and we hear that all those involved enjoy performing there before the West End.

Seen the last three Pantos there and the troupe always delivers! Lovely local theatre, well priced, nice staff. You must book well in advance to get your favourite seat - most have great sight lines but I do like the middle of the DD row best!

Facilities include a small bar, toilets on the ground level and step free wheelchair access. The shopping centre car park is next door.

Look forward to next December..

Great. Actors amazing. Props amazing. Lighting good. Audience? Partisan. In my experience. Good, if not big, regional theatre: good service at bar helped dull the thespian pain. Order on arrival for the interval. Unless there isn’t an interval, Im which case don’t .

This is a great community venue, with a cosy little bar (Top Tip: get there early!) and even a (basic) range of snack meals on offer before the show, nice seating in a good space; and handy car parking in the multi-storey next door – though queues at the paying machines afterwards can be a pain (Second Tip: pay upfront for parking, if you can). All in all, a really good local venue, that gets all of the basics just right. Other venues should take note.

Wow what a fantastic night. My first visit to Epsom Playhouse and saw 9 to 5. I usually go to London to the theatre but don’t think I’ll bother in the future, first class acting and singing, thoroughly enjoyed myself, fantastic value for money.

Excellent band with fantastic music and stage show. The singer can definitely hit the high notes. The drummer knows his stuff as do the bass and lead guitarists.
The theatre has good sound quality and lighting and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Visited to see a band and had seats B1 and B2. Excellent view of the stage as all the seats are raked so no need to sorry about someone tall sitting in front of me for a change.

Took daughter and 4 year old grandson to Jack and the Beanstalk. Entertaining, but I felt rather scary for 4 year old. Production opened with the giant shouting for little children’s blood etc etc. I felt we could have had this scene a bit later in the narrative, as to open on this was a bit of a shock for all concerned.

I took my wife and 3 daughters to see Jack and the Beanstalk. Really nice theatre, small but a great atmosphere. The show was spectacular with a great script and delivered with enthusiasm and talent. My only gripe was the parking fees for the Ashley Centre Car park which was £20 as we spent a whole afternoon there, doing some shopping and lunch before the theatre.

Ours was an unfortunate visit to the theatre. We went to watch the Panto with our great grandson and he just did not want to go in. He has had a great deal of problems with his hearing which did not help. The staff at the theatre were very understanding and also caring. They also tried to persuade him to stay but he wasn't having any of it. We couldn't thank them enough. So we never got to watch the Panto. Maybe next year.

I took my boys to a pantomime, yesterday, however this was not our first visit to the Epsom Playhouse. Over the years it has hosted a number of shows they have subsequently gone on to bigger things in the West End, so it is a playhouse with both history and pedigree.

The standards of maintenance and presentation during last night's pantomime were typical for the Epsom Playhouse and whilst not of West End standard, this small, local venue always makes a good impression. Clean, tidy and well-managed, the Epsom Playhouse enjoys a convenient central location and if you join their mailing list then you will find they are very good at keeping you informed of upcoming performances.
