I have had cancer of the throat,causeing the removel of my voice box. This means i CANT speak over the phone.I did exsplain this when takeing out my policy, but one day i got a message to ring u regarding security ,thinking this was URGENT i rang, big mistake! Your people seem to think every person has a perfect voice,i was passed to 3 different people ,in the end i hung up. There are thousands

Getting car insured has appeared reasonably seamless to date. So unless I have any complaints a t a later date re customer services . I certainly hope that I do not have to contact them
