you were having computer problems and it took many phone calls to get confirmation that I was insured. We were going on holiday before the insurance was due and i wanted to ensure i had valid insurance on my return to the airport. Everyone was helpful but your efficiency dropped considerably because of your computer problems.

Offered great variety of quotes suiting our needs. My only reservation is that afterwards I had far too many phone calls from the insurers that had quoted. When I had already made my decision on which quote to accept I found the calls were a nuisance and I would prefer that there was an option for me to say "Please do not let insurers contact me, I will contact my preferred insurer from the quote list".

The usual procedure, ring up and be put on hold, "please hold,your call is important to us" Wait 2 minutes then give up, cursing.BUT then amazing, someone rings you back! Great service,would happily recommend to others.

And of course I was expecting my renewal with the usual unfair price increase, incredibly this years came with a reduction of a few hundred pounds with the same level of cover and a cover letter saying they had found a better value cover for me.
I still visited a price comparison site to check and nobody got near my renewal price.

The was my second year with this company. Renewed over the phone . I was asked how I'd like to receive the documents by email or through the post. Chose post as at the moment no access to a printer to be able to print a hard cover of actual certificate, something I always like to keep a copy of. No problem I was told would be with me in 3 to 5 days. Now about 11 days and still nothing will be ringing them tomorrow. Renewed our other car with LV and that paper work arrived in 4 days. Disappointed that I have to chase.
