After getting quote through compare the market I took out van insurance with yourselves online I later received an email as there was a query with details that I had entered and was told I had to pay another £136 your advisor went over quote with me on compare the market site and came up with the original price I had paid online said that there was an issue with compare the market site and I still owed £136

It wasn’t really clear on the website and it took me forever to get a figure that made sense. The guys on the phone where amazing though. Managed to help me cut cost where needs be. I really do appreciate it. I feel like I am still paying a lot but I could have beeen paying much more.

Easy enough to get a quote online (cheaper than my current insurer) but the form gave no opportunity to get answers to a couple of queries I had so I got them on the phone. Got through to a very helpful chap who answered my queries during a very pleasant chat. Decided to buy during the call. Documents arrived very quickly by email. Nothing to complain about. I couldn't give five stars on my first interaction with them. Hopefully I can give them five stars when I come to renew my insurance next year!
