Prices are quite competitive, but not as good as they used to be. I found a cheaper price elsewhere that they were able to match. If you have no plans to change your vehicle or anything else you'll probably be fine, BUT their charges for making any sort of change are incredibly high - I can't help thinking this is some kind of way of subsidising the policy prices. Phone service was fine and renewal pretty quick.
