I presented at a meeting two weeks ago and found it a lot less nerve wracking, particularly because I kept reminding myself to breathe before I started speaking! I was still nervous, but I wasn’t afraid to incorporate short silences into the presentation. Ges really knows how to make people feel comfortable and the transformation that was made in a day with me and the rest of the group was fantastic

Thank you for your assistance, I found it very helpful. My 10 minute presentation went pretty good and the plug top challenge went down well.
I now have a fixed 60second presentation prepared and at the ready for any networking event I may attend in the future.
