Chris and Bradley have been super helpful whilst working with my partner and I over the past couple of weeks. My main dissatisfaction is a lack of communication regarding instructions to contractors. I was not informed of visits by electrician and gas engineer. As a single elderly woman this is unsatisfactory.
The energy performance contractor contacted me but I hadn’t been advised to expect this or given a contact name. Finally I requested no board to be put up but this has been ignored. Communication between members of the team has let you down.
