I was looking to move in a short period of time and we had found what we thought was the right place. Excellent service provided by The Personal Agent, particularly Richard Humphries, in what was a fairly complicated chain (in the middle of lockdown) that at times got pretty emotional.
I have no doubt that without Richards efforts, and constant communication and status updates, that it is very unlikely the chain would have made it to the finish line. My thanks to you.

Our sales negotiator, John Ralph and assisted by Tom Iddenden, provided a very professional service and showed a lot of commitment in making sure the whole process went well. One aspect that distinguished Personal Agent from the other agents we contacted was that they present their services, and let you make your decision without being presumptuous.
