We purchased our first home with The Personal Agent and had a great experience. Sue immediately thought of us when the house came onto the market which led to us buying our dream home. During our house search everyone has been pleasant to deal with (Epsom, Ewell and Stoneleigh branches) and accommodating with visits on busy days. We were kept informed throughout the buying process by Sarah. All in all highly recommended!

We originally purchased our house from The Personal Agent and needed to get a valuation 18 months after purchase. Richard organised a convenient time to come around and went over and above to give us lots of valuable information, advice and tips in addition to the current market valuation. It really was Personal Agent by name and nature as Richard and the team always seem to go beyond the call of duty with their customer service and excellence. Highly recommended in comparison to all the other high street agents!!

I am a construction site manager and have been working in the Croydon area and staying hotels for long periods of time and really needed a place of my own . The first positive thing was after work most estate agents are closed but Personal agent stays open till 7pm. I went into their Banstead branch who took my details and said someone will be in touch tomorrow,. sure enough Tom contacted me the next day as promised we had a good chat regarding my circumstances and requirements and within 24 hours Tom had an apartment that ticked all the right boxes. I arranged a viewing the following day, met the landlord which in turn resulted in a moving in day just two weeks later. The paperwork and documentation required went smoothly and without complications. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Personal Agent as they just couldn't do enough for me, the week after moving into my fantastic apartment i received a phone call from Tom asking if i was happy ?

The team here managed my property while I was abroad and provided a great service, with regular clear updates in the condition of the property and managed to re-let the property with minimal non-tenancy after the initial people moved out. The close-out and handing back of the property was done extremely professionally and I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking have their property managed.
