We have been very impressed by the quality of the complete service received from Personal Agent in handling the sale of our home.
This started with Rupert's initial visit to value our home and outline why we should choose the agency - of which he is one of the founding directors - through the partnership they have formed with two excellent teams who complete the EPC (provided as part of their service at no extra charge) and take the photos/video and then continued with their own sales and sales support team (in our case Jo and Sarah respectively). All of whom were very friendly and professional and helped to deliver a high quality of service that we would certainly use again if we moved.

Friendly and professional. Joe and Sarah did a great job with selling our house and buying our new house. They kept us well informed, especially towards the end and really kept the chain together.
