After putting in a request to view a property Tom Iddenden from the Banstead branch quickly sorted out a viewing for the chosen property. He was able to answer all my questions and always kept me up to date with the property. He was efficient and professional when dealing with all my enquiries.

We have just exchanged on our new home after what I can only describe as one of the bumpiest rides in house buying, our previous house fell through and then we had to find another property etc ....which has drawn out the process, through all of this I can honesty say that Andrew at PA has kept supporting us with a calm, reassuring attitude, always on the end of the phone even to listen to a rant !! ...excellent service.
