We have to say that Andrew and the team at The Personal Agent were absolutely amazing in trying to sell our property, their approach was so positive, they kept us totally informed at all times, nothing was too much.

Cheryl and her team, Ria, Daniellle and Joe, did a great job. Everything was straight forward. From meeting at the property, providing details of the fee structure, agreeing the rental amount, marketing, feedback and monitoring. We were also guided through what was required of us EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates etc. A tenant was soon found. Tenancy agreement signed, Inventory drawn up and handover all carried out smoothly. I have used The Personal Agent quite a few times over the years and thoroughly recommend them.
