Very helpful and professional. Love how fast they responded to enquiries and how they were always available tackle concerns, as oppose some other agencies that made you feel like they were doing you a favour. Joe was understanding and attentive and just has a permanent smile on his face, so he automatically puts you at ease (I was STRESSED). Would definitely recommend them!

I instructed The Personal Agent to sell my house on 17th July and I have already now exchanged contracts!!
In these tough times those timescales are nothing short of amazing.The property particulars and video really set the house off and even my buyers commented at how truthfully my property had been represented.
All my viewings were accompanied and this was followed up with prompt and honest feedback.Once the sale was agreed my file was passed to a lady called Catherine Mahoney (Cat), who then gave me a weekly appraisal as to how my sale was proceeding such that I was never left in the dark.
I’ve had dealings with other agents including the online ones but none of them come even close to the levels of care and service that I received from Cat and the whole team.There’s just no substitute to having a local office with local people who really care about your sale!!
It goes without saying that I would have no hesitation in recommending The Personal Agent to all my friends.I would to also thank a lady called Sue Boardman who is based in their Epsom office who quickly identified my buyers, who weren’t actually looking in Chessington m, but was able to advise them of the merits of my property and successfully negotiated my sale.
There aren’t many sales people with that much knowledge and commitment!!Thanks again and best wishes to you all for the future.

I would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent office in Banstead. Estate Agents in general have a very bad reputation. However I honestly found the people who worked at Personal Agent to be incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very friendly, very approachable, very honest and always very professional. I couldn't fault them. From the day we instructed them until the day we moved out they provided a first class service. The details and photographs about our house were excellent and showed our house to its full potential. They continually kept in touch with us and always gave us feed back after a viewing. After a very short time when we had an offer on our house they liaised with us and the buyer extremely well and kept both parties in the picture as to what was happening. On the day that we moved out Tom turned up to wish us well in our new house. I personally could not recommend Richard and the team at Personal Agent in Banstead highly enough.

Sue & Joe were amazing and found me the perfect house in a great location.
They were really aware of what I needed since I work from home and also within my budget.Sarah progressed the sale so efficiently and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an agency whilst moving.
I really felt from beginning to end they were involved and supportive. A great team to have beside you at such a stressful time! Can’t praise them enough.
