Myself and my partner turned to the personal agent after numerous problems with other letting agents, Joe was fantastic. He was polite professional and showed a genuine interest and care in helping us. We eventually found our dream home and are happily moved in with no complications. We used the Pesronal Agent to let my mum's house out. We found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. They managed to get it rented out within days and dealt with all the paperwork, references etc. Very happy with them, we will use them again

Your relationship management skills in my view are outstanding and i wanted to let you know this. More often than not this skill is over Looked in your industry for hard sales, when in fact this does not often work.

100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.

I am very happy with the service that i received from Ria, Jo and Kerrie-Ann at the Personal Agent (Lettings office) in Epsom. They provided excellent advice and support to me when renting out my property in Epsom. The Personal Agent found me a very suitable tenant in record time, 3 days in fact! I found that Cheryl in Banstead and Ria, Kerrie and the team in Epsom to be very proactive and professional in the marketing and promotion of my property , not only did they secure me a tenant quickly but more importantly the right tenant who met my criteria. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I felt confident at all times they were the right agents for the job. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent agent to successfully let their property .
