Met a lovely lady called Samantha who first listened to what exactly we needed and managed to make a viewing as soon as we were available. She let us look at the house with olenty of time and answered all out queations, infact called back later with some of the answers.

The most lovely and attentive estate agent I have come across. I met up with the wonderful Sarah West at a property for a viewing and I couldn’t have been happier with how professional yet honest she was. Sarah was very friendly and approachable, which has a big impact when dealing with people. I feel, unlike many estate agents I have dealt with, this one has had no secret agenda thus far and I’m happy with the service provided. Sarah has been very prompt and I’ve had no current need to chase for information/update. Overall great experience.

As a widow and pensioner selling my family home I found The Personl Agent team in Banstead excellent. Spacifically, I have had the most contact from Samantha Voller who showed a great deal of kindness and patience when showing me around prospective properties and explaining the procedures and time scales involved in moving to a new home. I was dreading having to put my home on the market and having to make decisions to faciltate downsizing. Samantha showed empathy in my situation and kindness towards me which has been much appreciated. At no time have I felt pressed to make a decision and have found the whole experience thus far so much less traumatic than I had anticipated.
