As a widow and pensioner selling my family home I found The Personl Agent team in Banstead excellent. Spacifically, I have had the most contact from Samantha Voller who showed a great deal of kindness and patience when showing me around prospective properties and explaining the procedures and time scales involved in moving to a new home. I was dreading having to put my home on the market and having to make decisions to faciltate downsizing. Samantha showed empathy in my situation and kindness towards me which has been much appreciated. At no time have I felt pressed to make a decision and have found the whole experience thus far so much less traumatic than I had anticipated.

The Personal Agent provided excellent experience, and Sarah was particularly warm and knowledgeable about the property. I viewed Burghwood place, which is beautiful and I was met by Estate Agent Sarah West, who was very professional, friendly and no question was a problem to ask. I think more Estate Agents should be like Sarah!!! Not over pushy and saw everything in a calm and relaxed manner.
