I viewed Burghwood place, which is beautiful and I was met by Estate Agent Sarah West, who was very professional, friendly and no question was a problem to ask. I think more Estate Agents should be like Sarah!!! Not over pushy and saw everything in a calm and relaxed manner.

Excellent service received from George Evans at The Personal Agent in our endeavours to find a new home. He actually took the time to find out appropriate matches and what we were about as people, as opposed to wasting time sending us homes that would be of no interest to us. Would recommend them definitely for those either thinking of selling, or buying.

I was impressed with the Personal Agent. Firstly, they provided some free advice and when we decided to sell they arranged an open day, liaising with our tenants, to ensure all went smoothly. The sale was agreed in a matter of days and their monitoring of the sale has kept us informed of when exchange was to take place and subsequent completion. A stressful experience was made far less so, by the team at Banstead. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
