Very satisfied with what has been a rapid 9 day start to both buying and selling. The team pro-active, responsive and they all have an excellent manner and inter-personal skills. We understand that Callum is a relatively new recruit to the team but he seems to have all the assets required to be a great addition to the 'family'.

I spoke to Bradley and had a viewing the same day for a property that had other interested parties. He was a pleasure to deal with and empathetic to my situation, also giving practical advice. Upon making the offer, he was very quick to respond - comforting in itself as we all know how dealing in real estate can be bit nail-biting - and advise on the next steps despite it being a Saturday which must be their busiest day for viewings. A big thank you to Bradley whom I highly recommend.

Callum from Personal Agent has been amazing in helping us secure our dream home in our dream location. The personal agent Banstead branch has been excellent. They are responsive, professional and truly try to help if they can. Tom Iddenden was specifically very helpful in liaising between us and the vendor and was happy to arrange multiple viewings.
The move in was made simple and the house was in immaculate condition. Generally very happy.

Fantastic. Superb professional service. The photos and videos and brochure of my property were of excellent high class quality and showcased my property to its best potential. Everything was organised and completed in a very quick and professional manner in regards to putting property on site. Great communication as well in regards to how progress was going and organising of viewings.
