The personal agent Banstead branch has been excellent. They are responsive, professional and truly try to help if they can. Tom Iddenden was specifically very helpful in liaising between us and the vendor and was happy to arrange multiple viewings.
The move in was made simple and the house was in immaculate condition. Generally very happy.
Will definitely consider using the Banstead office when we decide to move to the next house.

Fantastic. Superb professional service. The photos and videos and brochure of my property were of excellent high class quality and showcased my property to its best potential. Everything was organised and completed in a very quick and professional manner in regards to putting property on site. Great communication as well in regards to how progress was going and organising of viewings.
I would highly recommend this estate agents for anyone looking to sell their property. They go all out to make sure you get the best service possible. I would not hesitate in using them again.

As first time buyers my Fiancée and I were very impressed by the service of Tom and George. We were booked in for a viewing very quickly, Tom was really helpful each time we viewed the property and they were always reachable by phone and by email. We were most impressed by how they stayed in contact throughout the process and kept checking in with both sets of solicitors to keep things moving forward.
