My Mum and I received a great service from Chris after finding a rental property on the Internet that we were keen to view. The entire process was seamless. Chris was always available at the end of the phone and e-mail to answer a range of questions I kept firing at him. He went out of his way on move in day to deliver keys to help us out. Our viewing with Rosie was very pleasant. She was early to the viewing which we really appreciate promptness. She also came across courteous and understanding if we needed more viewing time as we drive from quite far and do not live locally. We needed a rental quickly due to escape of water in our house and Bradley responded straight away with 2 viewings , one the next day .. we met him , saw the property and said yes . “ you should be in in a week and a half “ I’d never believed it would happen so quickly but 10 days later we had the keys .
