We had an emergency case regarding a broken toilet and drain blockage, we called the personal agent, Bradley Snape has received our call effectively, he has responded in a quick and professional manner, he could and managed a contractor within less than 30 minutes, however, it was an experienced contractor, he could resolve the issue within 19 minutes and got the job done perfectly,

Our dealings with the Personal Agent team in Epsom have been excellent. Bradley Snape went out of his way to secure us an early viewing and when we decided to move forward he was professional and patient with our questions. The follow up from Michelle Hobbs was equally good as has been the support from Kate Murphy since we moved in. We would thoroughly recommend this agency. We were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability.
On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market.

Kate Murphy, the Property Manager has been outstanding. Her communication with all involved parties has made our experience of letting and meeting all of the challenges we faced with an insurance claim very smooth and effortless. All of the personal agent team have been very helpful, and they have always been clear about what is happening and how things are going to be addressed. We really do feel that we are in safe hands, and we highly recommend their services from purchase to property management.

Estate agents quite often get a bad reputation for being untrustworthy and unreliable - just telling potential buyers or sellers what they want to hear, rather than the truth. But we found The Personal Agent to be the complete opposite. We had a couple of situations where our offers sadly fell through due to issues further up the chain and Chris and Joe really took us under their wing and we are so grateful to them for doing so. In the end, they were able to find and secure a property for us which was so much better than what we originally thought we were going to purchase and were fab throughout the whole process. Genuine, honest, knowledgeable, hard working and kind people, who really go out of their way to help you. We are hopefully staying put for a while now, but when the time comes to sell, we would wouldn’t think twice about using The Personal Agent again. Thanks again Chris and Joe - you’re superstars!
