He provided realistic valuation with a clear range of what we might expect to sell for in a range of circumstances which gave us the clarity we needed to move forward with our purchase. Sadly the vendor was rather difficult to work with so we had sympathy for Kate/John/Tom, who had the unfortunate task of acting as intermediaries between us and the vendor. They approached everything well and were all a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you all for helping us secure our wonderful home!

During the period fighting covid 19 we received no assistance in previewing property in real or handover of which nor tenancy registration to Council. This has disappointed us a bit.

The Personal Agent have found Tenants for my rental property for the last few years, they advertise the property and check references of potential tenants. Their service has always been professional and keep me up to date with legal changes with regard to letting a property. I’ve referred other people to them for their services as I’ve been so impressed over the years. The property has never been empty as they have always managed to source a tenant.
