I received a very good service from Chris in Sales and Sarah in Sales progression. I had some tight deadlines for exchange and completion and Sarah helped that happen.I am very happy with the new flat and would recommend The Personal Agent.

The Personal Agent got off to a good start in selling my property - but Ren (Sales Progressor) was a shining light in helping to get to contract exchange. She followed up with all parties and gave me more progress information and was more accessible than my solicitor! A great help.

I received first class service from Ren Pugh who was extremely hard working, informing and updating me all the time, getting work done swiftly, all whilst being extremely polite and kind. Offering her help at all times if I needed anything. Absolutely brilliant!

I cannot rate The Personal Agent highly enough. From the initial valuation, to the viewings and onto the negotiations every single member of the team has been spot on. Once we were under offer (took 3 days!) then Sarah has managed our sale wonderfully and I cannot thank her enough. For me there is only one agent in Epsom worth calling if you are serious about selling!

The Personal Agent have been fantastic helping me find the right property and getting things across the line. They were very amiable, professional, contactable, provided excellent advice and pushed everything along. I feel they went above and beyond in some aspects of the purchase. I’ve moved a few times and have never worked with a better agent. In particular, I would like to call out Cat, Dan and John at the Stoneleigh office for being outstanding. I would highly recommend using these agents.

The Personal Agent provided excellent service when I sold my flat. Joe Edwardson handled the initial sale professionally and was really helpful in the process. I am also particularly grateful to Ren Pugh, the Sales Progressor, who was instrumental in assisting with the final process of moving to exchange and completion. Without her assistance, the whole process would undoubtedly have been a lot more difficult!

In particular, Miss Jackson went and has gone the extra mile for me, finding multiple viewings at short notice and working with me through every step of the process to get the desired outcome. Was always contactable and forthcoming with advice and information when needed.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the firm and Miss Jackson to anyone looking to move. And when I move again, they will be my first point of call above all others.
