We've now used Tom Cook many times for flooring in our B&B and their service is excellent. The advice we've received in shop has always been fair and sensible - never being pushed to buy something more expensive and less suitable than we need as can happen in the chain stores. We've been really pleased with the quality of flooring and the skill of their fitters, and their prices are also sensible. A very professional business - we would heartily recommend Tom Cook.
