I ordered three rugs online using Carpets Direct 2 U. One of the rugs I ordered was out of stock and Rita contacted me, both by phone and email, to let me know. Rita was extremely efficient, personable and helpful and ensured my order was delivered by the time I needed it. She then phoned me the next day to ensure I had received my order and that I was happy. I am very pleased with my rugs and would definately use Carpets Direct 2 U again.
