This company was absolutely fantastic, everything they did for me was outstanding. They assisted me in trying to fix my laptop which they came back with a very fast diagnostic and the best way forward by providing multiple options.
After talking us through the options, we decided to go for scrapping the old one which they completed for free! Furthermore, they also assisted me in buying a new one as I was on a budget. They helped me choose it, they then got it delivered in under 24 hours and installed Microsoft office AND my antivirus software instead of me messing it up.
I could not recommend this company anymore and believe they are one of if not the best in the business!

Having been really impressed with the service I received some months ago I had no hesitation returning with a different problem. From my initial telephone call to taking delivery of new laptop the service I received was extremely efficient, prompt, courteous friendly and very patient with simple explanations of technical speak! Was recommended to me by our Schools IT advisor, My home laptop had just gone out of warranty with HP and the Hard drive crashed. I can honestly say the service at Blucando was outstanding. I took my PC in to a large and well known computer shop but was told that they do not repair custom builds - so after searching for recommendations online I found Blucando. I think one of the many things that set Blucando from the rest when it comes to PC repairs (and what impressed me massively) is their free diagnostic service. Most places will charge you an extortionate price just for a diagnosis on your PC fault. Blucando do this free of charge before providing you with a quote which you can either accept or decline. They came to my house to pick up my PC and i received a call with a quote the following day. After accepting this the parts were ordered and fitted, they then called me and asked for the best time to drop the PC back to me. The price I was given was very good for the service that I received. I will only be using these guys for my PC needs now - and will be recommending to all of my family and friends.
