An excellent company that provides the kind of personal service that you would hope for. I am not confident with today's technology and all my questions have been handled with patience and clarity. Ben put in a lot of work retrieve data from my old laptop and install it on the new laptop which I decided to purchase after my old one developed a fault which was not economical to repair. Stuart then put the finishing touches to Ben's work when I took delivery of it. Thank you all at Blucando.

Very pleased with the service received from Blucando. Had a faulty charging port on laptop. The team at Blucando are so helpful and Ben especially has saved me from technology doing my head in on a few different occasions! I just don't have the time or knowledge to sort things out that aren't working properly and Bluecando just takes the stress out. They don't even need to physically come round on some occasions - I'm amazed at how they can remotely access my computer and sort the problem there and then. I'd totally recommend them to others :)

Helpful Honest Trustworthy!! Key to this business. I asked for help with buying a new laptop. Blucando were helpful in finding one that suited all my needs. Honest enough to say to me well you could go for cheaper but it won’t suit your requirements however, we have something that isn’t over your budget. Trustworthy as I sent them highly confidential information and knowing it would be kept confidential.
The Blucando Team are super efficant and quick at turnarounds. Best part is they are always on hand for those silly annoying questions that you know yourself are stupid but they never complain, they just support you along the way.

Diagnosed the problems quickly with a couple of our computers and then went about fixing them just as quick too.
Sorted out and checked all the cables and made sure we were completely safe and secure from any virus’s. An IT heath check is a must!

Blucando helped me BigTime this week after I had foolishly allowed someone access to my desktop pc and ended up with a Trojan! I rang Stuart & told him what I had done & he instructed me to turn everything off & wait for him to come & check for damage, which he did a few hours later. He took the processor back to the workshop with him & has now returned & reconnected it - all clean & reinvigorated! I am so grateful for this excellent service!!!

Blucando have helped me on a number of occasions in purchasing & setting up new equipment, for repairs & sorting out problems. I am 73 & my pc is very useful to me, though frankly, I haven't a clue what to do when things go wrong. Stuart & Ben have been a such a great help, always prompt, courteous, jargon free & thoroughly competent. They truly are a breath of fresh air & I hope never again to visit a PC store or pester my busy family!

Excellent and professional service. Blucando provided me with a new desktop to replace my old and tired laptop. We discussed specifications to suit my work requirements, quoted on budget and transferred all my existing data onto the new desktop, installed and got me back up and running without me having to worry about anything or experiencing any downtime. Excellent service! I was recommended Blucando when my laptop died. Stuart arrived on time and managed to save everything that was on the laptop. I then ordered two laptops (one for my daughter too) and he put everything I needed onto it so it was all ready to go. I was always regularly updated by email as to what was happening with my order. A few days after receiving my new laptop I had to swap it which Stuart did quickly, transferring all the information again with no charge or hesitation! The service was fantastic and I am so happy with my new laptop. I will be using Blucando for everything computer related. I really recommend them.

My laptop stoped working. I was told there was no hope but Stuart Elsdon from Blucando was recommended to me as a reliable friendly and very knowledgeable IT specialist. He was all of that and more. My laptop was beyond repair but he managed to save all my data and transfer it to a very reasonable priced replacement. I would highly recommend Stuart and his company.
