Our bathrooms had not been touched for 20 years, so it was high time for an upgrade. Andy and Bikini had worked at our neighbours so we asked them to come and advise. We were very impressed by the attention to detail shown by both Andy when he discussed the options, and by Anne/Brandon in helping select bathroom fittings and tiles etc. During installation Andy was very focussed on doing a good job. He always left the house tidy when he left for the night and was always pleasant to have around. Most importantly, when we wanted to make adjustments to the design, Andy was happy to discuss what was possible and to adapt the plan. The only problem, our cloakroom now looks very shabby !!
