The bed is the best I have ever slept in. The delivery was perfectly on time and the lads who carried the heavy boxes that contained the base were superb, even taking care not to scuff the paintwork on the walls. They even moved our old bed to another room in the house. Great service and I would fully recommend this business.

The sales team were very helpful and came up with solutions to suit my requirements rather than just flogging me something. The delivery team were also friendly and sorted out an issue with the headboard with ease and speed.

Was a bit disappointed that I went in on Saturday, and spoke to the assistant. I told him that I wanted 4 dining chairs which I chose. I asked him if he could hold them until Monday, (because I was short of time, he agreed to this, then I told him I wanted a certain table which was on display, and asked if I could have a discount to which he agreed. On Monday when I went in to purchase chairs and table, and reminded him that he had said I could have a discount, he then said no you can’t because it is at the discount price. Why he didn’t say that on Saturday, was perhaps because I wouldn’t have gone back. This is not how you treat customers

In store, easy to browse, staff easy to talk too, disappointed that charge a lot to take away old bed , especially as they would recycle anything usable, so would also make money from that

Visited Regency Bedding and happy to say came away from a shop (in Guernsey) with exactly what I wanted and in a colour choice. Normally there is a few weeks waiting for delivery. Not with Regency. They try and keep most items shown in shop in stock ! Item was delivered within my time frame (and a choice of delivery times). Unfortunately the wrong colour was delivered but the delivery men did a quick turn around and within half an hour the right colour had been delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and look there first before shopping online.
