No problem with the quality of the product, and prompt delivery. However, if spending over £1000 on new furniture I would rather not have to unpack and then dispose of a huge amount of packaging, some of which is non-recyclable and therefore incurs a tipping charge.

customer service was very good especially when there was a problem with the shape of the mattress. It could have been pointed out at the time of purchase that Regency do not consider a King size mattress to be 200 cms in length though and that I should have made a special request for that? 200 cms is a standard size for a king size.

We are greatly satisfied with the excellent service we received from Regency Bedding from the gentleman in the shop down to the two men who delivered the new bed and mattress to them taking away our old ones. Delivery Time was expected in 4/5 weeks and this deadline was met thank you very much.
