Very helpful in showroom when choosing furniture. Appreciated the patience when we couldn't take delivery of goods due to us being let down with time frame we were given by window company.
Slight damage noticed when drawers being built, but this was noted and replacement drawers ordered and will be replaced once they come in and it doesn't effect the use whilst we wait. Again appreciated this being highlighted and sorted with no issue at all.

Communication is a most important word in business and Regency came up trumps and helped us along the way. Living in Alderney always adds a degree of stress as items have to be shipped over to us.
