I ordered a mattress from Regency recently and to my amazement it arrived two weeks later when I expected it could take a month at least as it was being made to order. I was very impressed with that. It was well wrapped to withstand the journey on the Sark cargo boat.

Regency were so helpful - they couldn't have done more. When we requested it, the delivery guys even came before we ordered the sofa to ensure it was possible to get it into the house. On the day of delivery, they were punctual, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you.

Sean in the shop really was so helpful giving me advice on mattresses etc, the bed was delivered on the day it was supposed to and the men put it all together for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you to friends and family and I will definitely be coming in again.

The whole experience, from start to finish was smooth, and easy. Customer service was amazing! The double bed was a surprise for our daughter and Regency sales team were 100% helpful and obliging in keeping the secret from our daughter, having her believe we were looking for a single mattress. The delivery team were quick, efficient and very pleasant to be around. All in all an excellent service provided! Thank you.

The sales person was very helpful, and patient. Once i had chosen the process was very fast, i got a discount because of the sale, and 3 days later my new bed arrived.
