Nicki has been amazing! Giving us lots of options (when I kept moving the goalposts) nothing was too much trouble, even at very short notice. Using her knowledge and experience she has been able to give us added information that we wouldn’t have been aware of had we tried to book independently.
Nicki has taken the stress out of researching and booking our holiday. She is easy to contact by whatever means you choose (Messenger, WhatsApp, email, by phone or text. I now also have the Travel Counsellors App - which shows all our holiday details) it couldn’t be easier.
Plus hand delivering our tickets (with a bottle of bubbles) was a lovely touch too - thank you so much Nicki, you are a star! 🌟

Nicky has given us a brilliant service every time we ask her for help with a holiday. You get that personal touch which is hard to get these days. Nicky always delivers and is happy to sort out any problems you might have, you even get a call when your back from holiday to check that you had a good time. What more can you ask for.

I would like to leave a review for Nicki at Travel Counsellors. I joined Travel Counsellors at the same time as Nicki and we completed our training together. Throughout the week it was incredibly tough for me as I had traveled far from home. The whole week she supported me and helped me when I was unsure of anything. Throughout the 18 months of working for Travel Councellors Nicki was absolutely amazing and supportive whenever I was unsure of anything I would call her straight away and she was always more than willing to help. I have now left the company and without hesitation Nicki told me not to worry she took over all my bookings and has been incredible with myself and customers I feel they are in safe hands which puts my mind at ease. She has great attention to detail and works incredibly hard at her business so I have no hesitation in recommending Nicki for this award.

Nicki was easy to contact and replied quickly, she was even easier to meet up with and discuss our ideas. She took on board everything we said and made some great suggestions (we have since booked our honeymoon to one of her suggested destinations). She came well prepared and full of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions which secured our desicion that she was defiantly the right choice of travel agent.
Nicki has made it easy for family and friends to make contribrutions to our honeymoon account and has even gone the extra mile for us by providing us with keep sake gift recipts from those that have paid over the phone and are unable to leave their own personally message on our webpage.

Nicky has been amazing. I have booked four holidays through her now and nothing is ever too much hassle for her. Nicky always listens to what I would like and always manages to get everything within my budget. Most recently I booked a cruise and Nicky gave up her Friday evening to go through all my options. Fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicki. She was quick at responding to me, and although I felt like I was tricky and hard to please, she didn’t make me feel like that and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Nicki has done a great job in helping with our holiday. Mexico is not a country we knew well at all, so her knowledge and resources she was able to draw on was fantastic. It's also worth noting that her ability to respond to emails almost immediately, no matter what time or I emailed her a question, is otherworldly.

Just back from a great holiday at the Lake Spa in Vilamora, southern Algarve. Nicki worked her magic again with perfect connections a really special hotel right on the marina and overlooking the most stunning beaches. Attention to all the little details made the holiday easy and stress free. Particularly like the TC App for the iPhone that holds a detailed itinerary, copies of all the documents and a big panic button to call Nicki if any help needed. Need to plan the next get away soon! We have just come back from a Brilliant holiday to Portugal, a beautiful resort in Villamora one of the best holidays ever and its all down to Nicki, she knew what we wanted and wow did Nicki get it right, Thanks a million Nicki fab job and with No problems!!
