Just back from a great holiday at the Lake Spa in Vilamora, southern Algarve. Nicki worked her magic again with perfect connections a really special hotel right on the marina and overlooking the most stunning beaches. Attention to all the little details made the holiday easy and stress free. Particularly like the TC App for the iPhone that holds a detailed itinerary, copies of all the documents and a big panic button to call Nicki if any help needed. Need to plan the next get away soon! We could have not booked our dream holiday without Nicki's help! Nicki’s introduction email instantly made me think she would be perfect to help me and my friend organize our travelling plans. Niki booked our 2010 holiday to Florida and it was so nice to deal with someone who really wanted to make the holiday process exciting, easy and informative. Niki did such a great job that when we wanted to go to New York and Washington DC, I tracked her down to help. Once again Niki came up trumps and couldn’t of helped any more. Niki is always happy and just as excited as you are about the trip. Niki will be getting a call from us next time we need a holiday.

Nicki has taken thirty years away from my age by arranging all my holidays and travel requirements, which are numerous. I am always amazed at the attention to detail and care to provide a trouble free journey at the best economical price, to a destination that has been thoroughly researched.
