Love that when we have a xero query we can call up Michelle or Diane and they help us out. And what is more if they solve it in 15mins (which they invariably do) there is no extra charge over our usual set fee for annual accounts. Love the clarity & helpfulness!!
I'm really pleased we've moved to absolutely fabulous. I'm receiving a good clean from cheerful, hardworking staff, and they always finish the job (unlike previous cleaners who always left early!). Better on timekeeping and cleaning - thumbs up from me.
