Their service and knowledge. You know every time you go you get really well looked after from them sitting with you discussing what your vision is to a lovely head massage at the wash station and of course good coffee and biscuits. (Or jelly beans which I often ask for!) All staff are friendly and there is always a really positive and professional atmosphere. Although they are always busy it's only been a handful of times over the years they haven't been able to get me in last minute they always aim to please!
