Really good service from Lenny, Trevor and David! Arrived on time with a call to let us know when they were close. The 4 pods were packed well. They took case to pack the pods so that any fragile items were protected etc. Friendly and professional service.

Excellent service, communication leading up to our moving date was great and they arrived promptly on the morning. The team set to loading our furniture and made sure to waste no available space in the pods. Everything was loaded and off to storage in fast time without us feeling rushed. I would use again without a doubt.

Great service! Alex and Karol were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. They even gave me a hand unscrewing some table legs that I was struggling with. The whole thing was packed up in the blink of an eye - and they managed to do it in such a compact way, that even though I had initially rented two pods for my two-bed apartment, they managed to squeeze it all in one pod and saved me money!
Five stars! Couldn't praise them enough. Alex and Karol def. deserve a bonus for their brilliant work and great attitude.

Karl and Dan, who drove back and came to empty the pods, were wonderful. I could not fault them. Friendly and worked so hard. My only complaint is that Easy Storage knew that I needed three men to load the pods originally as it included a fridge freezer American style, and yet they expected poor Carl and Dan to empty them on their own. I’m sure Easy Storage need to be very careful about their health and safety?

The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Super helpful over the phone and got me a storage unit booked very last minute. We had Meashak and Lenny pick up our stuff from the apartment and they were very pleasant and flexible, especially given we needed more space than we had booked for which made the whole experience super seamless. We previously used Bystored which is nowhere near as good as easy storage when comparing customer service, efficiency and affordability. Please keep up the great level of customer service and you will definitely win in this market.

So far so good. Everything was collected and taken to storage today. Such an ‘easy’ service. 3 extremely polite and friendly loaders. Took considerable care and were so helpful. Really impressed. Hopefully I will be equally impressed with arranging the return and getting my belongings back in one piece when the time comes. Has taken so much hassle away from doing it ourselves.
