After a shaky start whereby I had to leave a number of messages before being called back, the service quickly improved. The representative who processed my request, Sonia, was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions in depth. She took time and was happy to help. The reminders between request and collection were also very useful.
On the day of collection, I was contacted by the driver prior to arrival as promised. Richard and Reese were very efficient and assessed the items, and promptly started loading the pods. They did this in a timely and methodical manner, always taking care not to damage both the items and the property. When the loading was finished, Richard then explained the completion process. Furthermore, due to their expertise, I needed only two pods instead of three, thus saving me some expense. Amazing service.

Dylan & Alex were cheerful and ready to help. They completely handled moving my furniture from my first floor flat, expertly storing it in the pods with protectors and ferny pads to keep things safe. Moving is stressful, but they made it as stress-free as it can be. Felt very taken care of.

The collection was fast and smooth. They came to my flat first thing in the morning. They were respectful. Only reason why I do not give 5 stars is because there should be some signature or a receipt in order to ease the mind of the customer. I felt relieved when I recieved an email. Moving out has never been so easy. The guys were really lovely and everything went very smoothly. In 5-10 minutes, all my boxes were gone to storage! I highly recommend.

Had a lovely time today in the very professional hands of Tariq, grant & garole, they not only packed our house contents perfectly, making sure it was tightly packed. But they did it with a smile and were courteous, they all represented their company with pride and care.

Nav and Uzi were both really friendly and helpful - loaded everything in just a few minutes. EasyStorage is an excellent choice for university students, as there are no additional charges per item, or for storing non-box items, like musical instruments. Nav also helped estimate prices for having my items moved to another city when I return. Cheers guys!

Everything discussed was as described and the process was easy. However, I had requested my Pod to be in t Wimborne area only to be told it's on Ringwood! Both the loaders were fantastic and extremely helpful and couldn't have faulted them.
