The start of our experience was excellent - with Aneesha talking the booking at short notice and being really helpful, friendly and professional, throughout the process. She told me the driver would be in touch at least 30 minutes before pick up to let me know he is on his way. In fact the driver (Russell) phoned me the night before, was very sympathetic to the particular challenges I faced, gave me his number to contact the next day in case I needed extra time, was reassuring and stayed in touch up to the point of collection. Excellent service from him and Olly who picked up our belongings for storage.

The easystorage team (2 men) turned up exactly as planned and were friendly, communicative, helpful and very efficient. I can’t fault their service or suggest any improvements to what was a really good experience. When so many other service providers (e.g. my bank, pension, passport and driving licence) still hide behind ‘working from home’ it is so very refreshing to meet enthusiastic people again. Thank you.

I had a collection today from the lovely Ollie and Russell, they did an incredibly careful and speedy job and made the whole task look, well, easy! I've never had such a smooth experience from a storage company before. Very grateful for the help and an easy home move.

Richard phoned the day before with a 1 hour time slot. He then phoned 30 mins before they arrived. Extremely polite, helpful & friendly removers. They worked efficiently and the job was completed quickly. I am so impressed and 100% recommend Richard and his team.

I highly recommend easyStorage if you are looking for easy (no pun intended), safe storage at a great price. I saved considerably by moving from Big Yellow Storage Nine Elms (rude & expensive). What is great about easyStorage: a professional crew comes and collects your items, packs them into your unit (which they allow you to inspect) seals it and drives it to the storage facility. And I had THE best crew: Ben & Mehran were wonderful, polite, professional, really nice, kind people who did everything so well! Everything was complete in under an hour. All packed with great care and attention. Cannot thank Ben & Mehran enough for all their help and support.

This company have been amazing! We are currently moving ourselves and my mother in law to the Bristol area from Hertfordshire and they have been extremely helpful. The arrangements are tricky - moving two houses worth of furniture, but Easy Storage in Hertfordshire and Bristol have been flexible and helpful at all times. A great company. Thank you.
