The two men that provided the service were extremely efficient and polite. They made the day run so smoothly and knew exactly what they were doing. They took extreme care with my belongings and I would definitely recommend them 10/10. Thank-you!!

Tom was there to assist us after we arrived very late on the 9th September 18h00 .He found a depot who would take our goods even when other depots were closed and help loaded until 21h30. He went out of his way to make things work and never complained at all. What a wonderful experience when ALL else seemed like doom and gloom.

David and Jonathan were incredibly helpful. They arrived early, but parked round the corner in order to give us as much time as we needed to get ready, which was much appreciated. They were then very organised and quick, helping to get our whole house packed up in around an hour. Cheerful guys that made the process much less stressful. Would definitely request them both again when our storage pods are returned.

I have waited until return to rate the whole experience.
Pick up - Len an has team very friendly, there skill at packing is awesome. Making sure to get delicate stuff is protected and ensuring each pot was full.(saved one pod, 5 not 6). I was moving a long way so the transport cost was high but market rates I think.
Return - it was Len again ! Super quick unloading, looked after the floors, doors and stairs in our new house (thank you). A few trips and a cup of tea later and we were done.
Had one confusing issue which hopefully they will fix. The return website screen was quoting £395 per hour unload, in reality it was £79 per pod IE £395. The weekend telephone service is just an answering service and someone calls you back but nervous wait to confirm it was £395 in total.
I was using the Ringwood Dorset site.
