My items have just been picked up to take into storage, where they will be for the next four months. Communication has been great from the first phone call I made, to making the booking, responding to all my questions and explaining the process. Two gentleman arrived to pick up my items. They were respectful to the home, courteous and efficient. The price wasn't bad at all either.

Booked initially through one of the companies agents, which was relatively simple was generally good service though they made an error in their booking which we inly found out when we discussed things with the local franchisee. But I cannot fault the local team in anyway, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly sorted out. Received out property back today and couldn't be happier. The fact they will come and collect your items pack into the storage containers as well as brining them back and unpack them for you is a life saver and worth every penny. No more having to borrow or hire a van and lug items all over the place. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Super easy! Convenient that it comes with the storage, and then all we have to worry about it is when need it delivering to our new home. One less thing to worry about and arrange during a stress heavy time. Our movers were super knowledgeable and careful too.
