When they say easy storage, they aren’t kidding. This was so convenient for me since being an international student I have no way of storing and later moving my things around. Everything was super organized, the movers were super friendly and placed all my things neatly in the container which my stuff would be getting stored in for the summer. It was super quick and super easy. When I come back in September they will also be bringing my stuff to my new location. I will go with this company again in the future.

This time I was getting my worldly goods delivered out of storage. Impressed by how polite, efficient, yet friendly, everyone I dealt with was - from the lady booking my redelivery to the two chaps who had to lug everything up a flight of stairs to my flat. Arrived at the time they said they would. Now unpacking everything seems to be in good condition so must have been well stored. Would use again but just hoping I won’t have to move for quite a while!

easyStorage’s extremely low prices for large groups and punctual pick up times pales in comparison to the kind actions of the drivers towards me today. I am an international student leaving back home for the summer and had used their services today for summer storage. An hour or so after my boxes were picked up, I suddenly realised that I had accidentally left my biometric residence permit in one of the storage boxes. I have a flight to catch to Amsterdam for a holiday with my boyfriend tonight, and I started to panic. My boyfriend gave the drivers a call and asked if they were still in town, but they had already left. However, upon explaining the situation to them, they emphatised and said they would return an hour or so later so we could retrieve the BRP, despite having pick ups at other towns. Literal lifesavers, I owe it to them that my boyfriend and I are on the way to Luton and off to Amsterdam soon! Shoutout to Steven and Richard (I think these are their names), you guys are walking Ws. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic service. Two loaders helped me load the storage crate who were both incredibly savvy with their packing technique! Had a full student accomodation worth of things to pack which was all loaded and on the truck within 20 minutes. Painless and hassle free storage, this is the future of self storage.

Arrived within given time zone, received a call to advise they were on their way. Guys unloaded furniture with good cheer and quickly. Happy too with storage service for 8 months.
Only downpoint, the number for Glasgow facility is not clear on website and indeed, when I did get it was listed as a different company (Lomond) instead. I was left frustrated trying to speak to someone local about my pods.

Richard was a delight! He was efficient and courteous. I gave four instead of 5 stars only because Richard was on his own. I had a lot of boxes and I can’t imagine it was easy, but props to him, Richard did not complain and kept his smile. When I booked the website I saw there would be two people - I don’t understand why there was only one person?

Gareth and Louis made an Incredibly upsetting and stressful situation easy and worry free.
They turned on bang on time, and were confident throughout that my 18 years worth of life would fit into the 2 storage units booked (when I myself was not) the whole thing was done in under 2 hours I estimate and everything was clear and well understood.
I wouldn’t recommend many people involved in my moving, but I’d recommend them.

The most organised company in terms of the procedures and in the “moving industry” overall. Helpful people that are on time, we received texts and calls beforehand (30 mins prior to arrival). Well informed staff that makes moving a breeze. It is genuinely rare to come across such a responsive, well-organised and value for money company in any field. Five Star service. I was kept informed by email and on the day of my removal I was contacted to say they would be with me in 45 minutes. They turned up on time - Alan and James were lovely, they were very patient with me and took great care of my belongings; nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recomend easyStorage.
