Fast, efficient and totally brilliant that this service exists as I wasn't looking forward to hiring a van and loading and unloading it myself.

My movers were really helpful and cheerful when helping me move my belongings out of my marital home. They were sensitive to the fact it had been a difficult process and couldn’t have been friendlier. They also made sure I got the most out of my pods, utilising the space effectively.

Richard and Pete were so personable, helpful and chatty whilst working hard to offload my ton of belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them even when I failed to give them the correct directions to my home! I could not have asked any more of them, but I did...and they sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cuddle, all inclusive! Terrific chaps and fabulous service.

The pick up was great, they were comprehensive and super friendly. The only problem I had was when calling to get an extension for my storage unit. The moment they knew I was an active client they told me they would give me a call back, and I had to call three times over two days before they finally returned the call. Besides that, great service.

I am using easy storage to store my stuff over the summer (as I am a student) and so far the experience could not have been more pleasant! The driver and the loader who came to pick up my stuff were really kind and swiftly carried all my stuff down two flights of stairs! They also wrapped any of my furniture in protective blankets. I got the smallest pod and it easily fitted everything I had (and I have a lot of stuff). Finally their communication has also been really great. Thanks EasyStorage!
