easyStorage have been brilliant right from the booking with Storage Advisor Anneshia to the actual pickup of my items to storage by Ed and Zebedee.
Anneshia took the time to explain in detail what my options were and even allowed me time to compare costs with other storage providers, all the while remaining professional and making me laugh😄
Ed called in the morning of the pick up and explained to me what to expect. What really impressed me was the flexibility offered, patients and the extent he’d go to make the customer happy. Oh and the completely unexpected offer of a few can of beers, which made the relaxation after all the hard work even more enjoyable 🍻😄
Looking forward to having my items back when the time comes but would highly recommend easyStorage; 5-star service so far

I can’t thank the team at Easystorage enough, particularly Gavin who went above and beyond to help me in my process. Unfortunately, there were difficulties on the day through no fault of their own and they were so accommodating and explained how to get it rectified.

Easystorage have been superb throughout: the team are prompt and responsive over the phone, giving helpful advice and being flexible when plans change. The teams who turn up to take away and then redeliver possessions are first class. Our team today, Peter and Richard, were outstanding: exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make the project a success. On the basis of their support alone I would highly recommend Easystorage, but it has been a consistently good experience. Many thanks to everyone, but particularly to Peter and Richard.

The Customer Service I have received from Easystorage is absolutely excellent. I had a delivery of furniture which I needed adding to my POD. I could not give the confirmed hour of delivery and was very worried about it, but Ed the Manager of the storage unit reassured me that he would do everything he could to help and he certainly lived by that promise. Ed arranged everything to ensure someone would be there even if it meant arriving after hours. Ed took away my worry and when I did eventually get my delivery his colleague Dan was on hand to help organise the POD and get the additional furniture in. Both Ed and Dan have gone that extra mile and seriously I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help.

I cannot recommend John from easystore. We were late to our agreed slot and John welcomed us in such a professional and friendly manner, and was more than willing to help, going above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. With a small baby, it could have been quite difficult but John helping to load the container to fit as much in as possible was very much appreciated. Great price and incredible service.

Amazing service and you don't have to worry of transporting and hiring a van! All you need to do is pack your belongings nice and tidy, and a team would be picking it up from your door step!
