Lenny and Natti were very professional and very efficient. They informed me ahead of time when they were close by. I had a couple of heavier items, and they treated them with great care, making sure that they were stored safely. A++

Had Andy & Karl over this morning to remove and store the big items in my flat, and they did a fantastic job.
They were able to get a lot of heavy items down from the 2nd floor without issue, helped point out how to disassemble things, and were able to store everything in fewer pods than expected and it didn't take long either.
All in all I'm very pleased with how it went, and I'm looking forward to the drop off with confidence.

Ed at the Chelmsford branch was excellent. I cancelled a collection with 2 days notice, although hadn’t received my refund. Ed went out of his way to follow this up (including sending me an update text that same evening) and resolved the matter within 24 hours. Really good service, friendly and responsive. I will definitely use EasyStorage again and can recommend Ed.

I booked Easy Storage because I liked the idea of the pod being packed at my home. From first enquiry when I spoke to someone on the phone to, asking a question via the online chat, to the guys that came today everyone has been prompt and helpful.
The guys today phoned today let me know half an hour before they arrived that they were coming. They treated my furniture and other belongings respectfully. Some of the furniture was difficult to get through the doors and they problem solved the issue. The pod was packed efficiently, I could have got a bit more in. Thank you Trevor, Lenny and Darren.

The two gents who came and collected my stuff provided a highly professional service that I can not fault. The storage ‘pod’ is loaded at your property so you can ensure it’s all safely packed. The price is very competitive for the storage volume you get. This is the ideal solution if you don’t need regular access to your things.
