My experienxe was great! Booking the service was easy and the space simulator was very useful. The day before the collection I received a remainder with the booking details and on the day the crew called me 30mins beforee arrival, perfect. Jeremy, Roman and Lenny were great, super hepful and professional! They explained me the process and did the job in no time, impressive! They were very dynamic and cohordinated. Thank you guys for such an excellent and stress free job! Also, I didn't have to lift anything, they took care of everything, so it's a fantastic service if you are injured or can't heavy lift. Absolutely recommended!

Today I had my items brought back to me they arrived on time and they were absolutely fantastic with everything, they gave me plenty of advice and put boxes in my garage and stored them up Neatly snd so it made more room, they were great taking items inside the house too and were very careful they even took their shoes off , 1st class service today . They were all lovely and so friendly. Thanks guys

What an outstanding team from the office staff to the removers and storers, we needed 4 pods for a large house move and the guys made everything go smoothly and it was completely stress free for me and my partner. Alison was always on hand to help with any queries I had and nothing was a bother for her. Paul and Gary were extremely helpful on the day and reassured us throughout that our items were in safe hands.

Gary and Paul were excellent. They gave plenty of notice of their arrival and arrived well with in the advised time. They had the whole place emptied in 30 mins with no fuss, despite the stairs! Very pleased with the service.

The whole process with EasyStorage from booking to collection was flawless. Booking online was easy, regular phone calls ensured I was up to date with what was happening and Carl and his team were fantastic when picking up my items on Saturday morning. The collection was easy to arrange and the communication with both the customer service as well as the driver was very efficient and quick. The only downside is the fact there is no smaller pods than 35feet as I only needed half that size. If the smaller pods were provided, it would be more cost effective also.

Great service from EasyStorage so far. On the move day Gavin, Olly and Dave were SO fast, really efficient, and clearly worked well as a team. There were extra packing materials for the bits I had forgotten to protect - all reasonably priced and seemingly no bother. And the guys were polite and friendly. Moving day is often a stressful event, but we had a bit of a giggle and it was over in a flash. Thankyou!

Amazing experience. I contacted the company one month ago and not disappointed at all. Each time I had something to clarify, they called me back straight away. I needed to change the time slot since the moving was planned for a Saturday, I contacted the company and the next day I received a confirmation email with changes, according to my request. When the week with moving started, I received a reminder with all the details, including payment and T&C. The same with two and one day before. I have been told that the moving team will call me with 30-45 minutes before in order to give me time to get there. Indeed, they called me with 45 minutes before according to their estimation based on traffic etc but they were 10 minutes earlier there. Amazing team, very polite, with lots of respect, with a can-do attitude, working with a smile on their face and each time I thanked them, they answered always with "my pleasure". This is excellent customer service provided, extremely rare nowadays. They were very professional all the time, lots of experience in arranging everything, closing, sealing the pod, inviting to take a picture etc. Wonderful experience, strongly recommend.
