Had my furniture returned from storage yesterday, once again amazing friendly guys turned up. Everything was brought back in and put into every room with absolutely no problem or bother to them. Everything was exactly as it had been packed, not one item damaged and broken.
This whole process of moving house and storage has been 1st class, and nothing has been a bother, can’t believe it’s been so slick and easy.
Both days of dealing with these guys have been fantastic and I sincerely can’t thank them enough, wish other furniture deliveries could take a look at there process and take on there customer service delivery system
I hope to never move house again, but will continue to tell anyone who is about to, about this fantastic team and service, and excellent rates.

We moved from our 2-bedrooms flat and decided to use EasyStorage as it has the additional service of storage included that allowed us to split pickup in two separate days and return of our things yet on another day making our move more manageable. For Both pick-ups Lenny and Natti were assigned to us and they were very friendly and kind. EasyStorage gives you one hour to fill one pod of 35sqf and each supplemental hour is charged £90. Also the additional pod is charged £90 and they usually come prepared in case you need it. We managed to finish each pick-up in one hour and everything we wanted fitted in the pods. However before they arrived we had already placed all boxes and furniture near the building entrance. Just to say the phone operators were a bit too enthusiastically optimistic about time required.
A few days later we asked to deliver both pods at once. Note that the return has additional costs and this wasn’t made super clear in my first enquiry call. But we asked to be charged for one delivery only and this was accommodated and we were helped by Trevor and Samson. They were very kind and helpful. Samson amazed us by lifting very heavy pieces of furniture himself. As this time we had double the amount of things we didn’t manage to bring all of them into our flat but they overstayed in order to bring the larger and heavier items to the flat and didn’t charge extra. As per our request they left the rest of the boxes on our loading bay and we took care of them.

In general we’d recommend EasyStorage as it was practical and overall cost effective if you are ready to chip in and help during the pick up and return. If instead you are looking to delegate all the lifting from door to door, consider that you may need at least 2 or 3 hours for both pick up and delivery of a similar size flat content.
Our stuff was mostly safe so we didn’t test the insurance. If you are considering EasyStorage do read all the fine print as the phone operator in our case failed to mention delivery has an additional cost or that pods have a weight limit. Would we use EasyStorage again in the future? YES

Wow! What a great idea and so much easier than the 'self store' storage I have used before. Fab customer service - nothing has been too much trouble, meeting me at silly o'clock because we were coming off a ferry from Ireland, and always courteous, helpful and smiley, even when I changed my mind and wanted to stick more stuff in my pod at short notice! Highly recommend.
