Len and Josh were polite courteous and accommodating. Great staff who work very hard. As the front face of the company they are doing an excellent job. Also a huge thanks to Joe who booked our pod. He also offered excellent customer service.
My only criticism is not including the drop back fee in initial discussions. This makes the extra cost a surprise when finalising booking. But that is a policy point and not the fault of anyone we have dealt with who have all been excellent.

Really great service - would recommend to anyone! Super easy to organise and the two movers who came to pack everything into the units were absolutely lovely and incredibly efficient. Totally unfazed by our super steep stairs down to our basement flat too. I’d been really dreading the move but the whole thing went incredibly smoothly!

Cannot reccomend them enough, in less than an hour they emptied a 3 bedroom town house with bed, sofa, kitchen appliances, push bikes, box over box over box! And they ended up using less space than we expected so it's even cheaper than expected, no hidden charges, it's cheaper than many many other storage options and it's really easy and straightforward. Seriously they are amazing!

Tim and his partner in crime did a fantastic job. The young man was really friendly and helpful and they worked so quickly aswell. Didn't hear a single grumble or moan ,just smiling and helpful and got the job done without any hitches. Fantastic job you guys and thank you for all your help in my new home.

Perfect service, on time, very efficient even supplied covers for things that wasn’t wrapped up, laid out mats so didn’t get carpets dirty. Men were lovely and friendly couldn’t recommend them enough thanks guys 😊
