I just had my things returned to me after 8 months in storage and just like my previous review it was the best experience. I got jack who put my stuff in storage last time! Jack and Ashley were absolutely amazing. We have an odd shaped house but they did everything they could to get our things in. Genuinely love easy storage because you hire the best people and it is all very painless. Would not think of using any other company since using you! Thanks Jack and Ashley for everything!

I was originally VERY disappointed with the service I received - everything that could be mismanaged was screwed up royally! Then Kevin, the brand new franchisee for Essex contacted me to apologise for it all & personally turned up to sort it all out 10/10! :-)

Lenny and Natti were very professional and very efficient. They informed me ahead of time when they were close by. I had a couple of heavier items, and they treated them with great care, making sure that they were stored safely. A++

Had Andy & Karl over this morning to remove and store the big items in my flat, and they did a fantastic job.
They were able to get a lot of heavy items down from the 2nd floor without issue, helped point out how to disassemble things, and were able to store everything in fewer pods than expected and it didn't take long either.
All in all I'm very pleased with how it went, and I'm looking forward to the drop off with confidence.

Ed at the Chelmsford branch was excellent. I cancelled a collection with 2 days notice, although hadn’t received my refund. Ed went out of his way to follow this up (including sending me an update text that same evening) and resolved the matter within 24 hours. Really good service, friendly and responsive. I will definitely use EasyStorage again and can recommend Ed.

I booked Easy Storage because I liked the idea of the pod being packed at my home. From first enquiry when I spoke to someone on the phone to, asking a question via the online chat, to the guys that came today everyone has been prompt and helpful.
The guys today phoned today let me know half an hour before they arrived that they were coming. They treated my furniture and other belongings respectfully. Some of the furniture was difficult to get through the doors and they problem solved the issue. The pod was packed efficiently, I could have got a bit more in. Thank you Trevor, Lenny and Darren.
