This was the return from storage. Neil and Ross did an excellent job, arriving at the start of the two hour slot and job done in 15 minutes, even though it was tricky.

Festus & George were absolutely amazing!
They were soo friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
They made sure we hadn’t missed anything we wanted to put into storage and let us come and see the pods full of all our belongings to make sure we were happy.

The entire experience was easy and stress free. I booked a pod at very short notice and even better was the fact that easyStorage moved my belongings for me. I was contacted by Russell the day before with an ETA. Russell and Ollie were on time and quickly and efficiently got the move done. Couldn’t have asked for more courteous and helpful service! Will most certainly recommend easyStorage!

Outstanding customer service at every step of the way so far - initially spoke to Rahim to make a booking, then John at the warehouse in Glasgow, then the guys who collected our stuff (David and Alex - superstars, so friendly and professional) and lastly Tariq who has made sure we were refunded monies for a mistaken overpayment. We have even been credited with £25 for accommodating a last minute change of collection time, and apparently there’s a bottle of wine also on it’s way. Whilst the whole process is not quite finished and we are yet to have our belongings returned, this kind of outstanding customer service has made us feel very reassured that our stuff is in good hands until we need it returned. Thanks so much, especially David and Alex 👏🏻

David and Alex from easy storage glasgow were fantastic. Picked up my table and chairs for me and delivered them safe and sound and earlier than expected. Also Without me even asking they built the table so it was ready to use for dinner that night :-) They also lifted my old table and chairs outside for me on their way out :-) Really couldnt have asked for a more helpful bunch . Will definitely use again in the future.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. They went above and beyond helping me on what could have been a very stressful day of moving my stored items back into the house after a house extension where anything and everything had gone wrong. I was dreading the day to be honest but they totally took the stress out of it and it all went so smoothly! What an amazing bunch of humans! Best customer service I have received in a long time.
