Very efficient and easy to deal with was able to have the goods picked up and delivered back to my home with ease. The delivery personnel were very professional and ultra polite. The only problem I had was accessing the online account.

All three of the lads (Paul, Alex and Gary) were chatty and professional. Had the crate unloaded and all the boxes, etc. placed carefully in the house within 20 minutes - even offered to take some of the larger items upstairs for us if we wanted. Excellent service!

The team were very flexible with our delivery due to a delay with our house purchase being delayed. All or the people involved in the physical move were very polite and friendly and explained what was happening as they were going.
I am not planning to move again but if I had to I would not hesitate in using them again.

Very good collection service on this first half of the journey and they were able to quickly get everything into one pod. They managed to park in a tight space which is never easy. Polite and helpful guys. The only thing I would say is that they weren't wearing masks and surely this should be company policy as they are coming into customers' homes for their protection and that of the customer..

Had my furniture returned from storage today. It was very easy to arrange online. Russell phoned to confirm day before and delivery turned up on time. Russ, Olly & Zac were extremely polite, professional and hardworking. Would not hesitate to recommend Easystorage.
