Our experience with easyStorage has been brilliant from start to finish. Sonia called me within half an hour to give me the lowdown on the system which sounded great. She gave clear and very fair pricing as well as instructions on what to expect. Russ then contacted me to finalise the details of the collection and then Russ and Ollie came exactly on time and collected our items. It has genuinely been a pleasure with every single team member and the system of collection and delivery for storage is so convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this service to anyone.

Our furniture and boxes were delivered to us today. The service was professional, efficient and Andy, Carl and Ryan delivered us a first class service. They were polite and very helpful. Our things had been carefully stored and were delivered back to us in very good condition. We are grateful for all the help we received today and would highly recommend.

I ordered the storage pod off the internet and straightaway received calls from Andrew Jones the area manager. We did a basic inventory check over the phone and fix a suitable time. On the day Andrew gave me a call when he arrived and within about 20-30 mins the pod was filled and they were off. Yes it was that simple, there was no upselling pressure or get this add on or that. It was thoroughly professional by all standards and I am looking forward to the next time I see them.

It was very straight forward to book and schedule everything. Shout out to Jeremy and Lenny, the delivery people, who were pleasant and did a great job moving quickly and did not leave any marks etc. Great value for money compared to other storage places. Would definitely use it again.

When I first saw the pod size I wasn’t sure at all if all my stuffs could fit in. They help pack the things all safely and managed to put it together all in the same pod! Hardworking and really know what they are doing.
