Hired them to clear, load and store our garage contents in preparation for a refurb. Brilliant experience from start to finish. John was great on the phone, taking the time to explain all the costs, advising how much storage we may need, and what to expect on the day. I had contacted so many storage companies that I was stressed about all the options and didn’t know what to do, but I knew after speaking to John that this was the one to choose.
Today was the day. I was dreading it as our garage was a mess, but John and his colleague made light work of it and had it all loaded within an hour, no problem at all. They couldn’t have been more professional, efficient or helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Easystorage again and will certainly be recommending them to others.

The service was spotless! Riko and Trevor were really nice, they arrived on time and unloaded all of my stuff in record time! My flat is in the third floor and there is no lift, but they didn't complain or anything! I would totally recommend this service to anyone! All of my stuff were in perfect conditions!

David, Alex and Eric were just brilliant! They put us at ease right from the first communication we had before they arrived, and on arrival we all had a discussion together about how the day would work (basically they take care of everything, we could just sit back), they had thought of everything and really took care of all of our belongings. They worked fast but with care and I can’t quite believe how much they got in each pod! We actually had way more things than we thought and needed an extra pod which they arranged seamlessly. And finally, I really liked how much they seemed to enjoy their job and have a good sense of humour along the way!

We needed several weeks of storage for our furniture during major renovations. Andy and team were brilliant both in terms of care of our furniture and being helpful and polite. The ladies at the office were also great with excellent communication. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company and their great team

A really first class experience from start to finish. I was quoted 3x the price by my removal company (who I have used many times) and the service from EasyStorage was just as good, if not better! I only had to make one phone call and everything was worked out easily and clearly, at a rate that's affordable, a special deal and the promise of never raising the charges. Every step was made without any hassles by the excellent customer service people (not bots) to arrange pick up etc, and keeping me posted about my storage every step of the way. What a relief. From the moment I called and spoke to Ziggy, to the moment Paul, Garry and Eric left with the belongings in the van, my experience with easyStorage has been a smooth and simple one. Used these guys twice now, once for business, once personal. Outstanding service, particularly as the business job was a little bit (a lot actually) bigger than I had told them! They cracked on, with a smile on their faces and loaded 3 times the amount of furniture than they were expecting. 2nd job didn't provide such challenge, but prompt and professional service again. I can't find any better value in storage anywhere and will use these guys again. Highly recommend.

I have had to move 13 times in as many years, often with breaks between homes and therefore staying with parents for s few weeks. I'd always used self storage facilities in the past for these periods. What a mistake! A right palava and so expensive. I decided this time to use easystorage and I have been kicking myself that I'd never done it before. Booking was easy as pie and the customer service was impeccable. The service on the day was amazing, Steve and Richard (I hope I got the names right), the nicest 2 guys you could ever wish to meet! They loaded all my furniture and possessions into the crates in Ware back in June and it was so simple and effortless for me. 5 months later and I have just got my new flat in Harlow. The same two guys arrived with all my stuff, unloaded it up into my first floor flat and were so lovely and friendly and very speedy. I cannot thank them enough and will be recommending easystorage to everyone I know. They are the BEST! Massive thank you to all of them, including those on the phone! Xx

Last time I moved, the removal company left a lot to be desired. So I wondered how it would be with Easy Storage. I needn't have worried. Les and Tim were extremely professional and took care of my possessions as if they were their own, They ensured that any walls and doors were fully protected and got on with their task with the minimum of fuss, even though we were on the 2nd floor and without a lift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Storage based on this experience

I as booked storage drop off at my new flat between 2 and 4. David called me in the morning and offered to come early if I wanted. I agreed and they were already there when I arrived. Recognised David as he moved me out of my old flat 3 months ago. Both David and Garry were friendly, efficient and very careful. They also gave me a New Home card which was a lovely touch. Great customer service!
