I had a great experience with Nate and Sam. I booked for the 11am-1pm slot and they called me at 10.55am to say they'll arrive at 11.45am. They came at the promised time and the entire process was done within 15 minutes (all the stuff was already on ground floor and near the door, so it may take longer otherwise). They were really polite and obliged when I asked them to wait so I could do some last-minute checks and take pictures of the storage space. Based on their explanation, the process of getting back the stuff would be straightforward as well. I highly recommend this service.

From the first phone call to the uplift of a complete unistalled kitchen couldn't fault the service at all. Paul, Alex & Eric were polite efficient & completed the job within 35min which included 3 flights of stairs all done with a smile. Your belongings are loaded into a pod inside the van then sealed & not opened till they deliver it back to you. Hassle free storage option with the added bonus of a pick up & return service.

Easy storage was easy to book and the packers, Russell & Charlie turned up not only on time, but they were polite friendly & knew their jobs. They packed my things into the pods carefully & quickly.

I had a great experience with easyStorage on the day of my collection - excellent movers, quick and efficient, safe handling, and most of all, great storage idea and costs.
The return process was similarly excellent and arguably went even smoother! The movers (Jerry and Tyrell) were friendly and efficient, so good at what they do. They arrived fairly on time, and although I was stressed out about not having an available parking spot for unloading near my flat (given I was on a main road), they did not mind one bit and was quick to suggest the best alternative. Unloading was from truck to inside my flat - all by themselves with no complaints and without needing us to lift a finger. Tyrell was so careful when moving furniture inside my flat, taking care not to hit any walls or scratch my floors, which I really appreciated! The entire process took less than an hour, which minimized risk of getting a parking ticket.
Highly recommend easyStorage to anyone who is thinking of using them. Thank you easyStorage team for a stress-free experience with my move this year.

The easystorage team made moving an absolute breeze. The movers were fantastic, polite and hugely professional. The process took about 2 hours due to the amount of stuff we had. We couldn't fit one of our extra long sofas but they are coming back later to pick it up as a loose storage item.

Moving your furniture is always stressful, and this service was perfect. The guys who came were very helpful and extremely professional.
Tyrelle, Ranveer and Lenny were absolutely fantastic and they took care of my stuff incredibly quickly. They arrived earlier than scheduled and moved everything from a flat that was on the 3rd floor with no lift!
One annoying situation was that I forgot some stuff in my flat and when I came down the storage box was already sealed, meaning I didn't have the chance to store what I had left.
