Absolutely brilliant!! The booking process was easy with lots of advice about the sizes of pods etc. Zac phoned the day before to go through everything and was very thorough and professional. On the day, Zac and the team were outstanding. Everything was carefully loaded and packed into the pods. They even managed tricky items like our heavy ceramic-topped table without any issues or difficulty. I had quotes from several removals companies and wasn’t impressed with any of them, so I’m glad I found easyStorage. A great price with excellent service and stress-free throughout. I would recommend easyStorage to everyone. Thanks Zac!

The collection guys were on time, efficient polite and professional. I am totally satisfied with choosing easy storage and recommend them. I had everything done properly and all the packaging order which were unused would be refunded. The number of pods anticipated were actually less when the job was complete and again I would be refunded. The workers and the foreman were simply great. Thank you

I needed a couple of pods to store furniture that was requested to be removed by new tenants. The pick-up of items was very efficient.
I have had to call the office a couple of times with queries (to add to storage pods) and these have been handled very efficiently and politely.
I arranged for pod access and a delivery company to deliver additional items. Unfortunately, this didn't go as planned and the warehouse manager at NW10 was super helpful in managing a no-show and accepting delivery the following morning (thank you).

Excellent service for collection and return of my goods. Friendly and professional people. The pod holds an incredible amount, and it’s such an easy way to put stuff in storage. I didn’t need to access while in storage so I can’t speak to that.

In short, everything went smoothly with minimal hassle. The guys were friendly and knew exactly what they are doing. It is a really good service, if like us you need storage while your new house is being built. It offers flexibility and is one of the cheaper options.

Gary and John were very friendly and efficient, came exactly when they said, and packed our things carefully with plenty of blankets. Very pleased so far with the service. The only thing I would change about the company is that you can’t book storage in weeks, only in whole months.
