Easy storage's system is great. they picked up all my stuff from my flat, kept it for four months, and when our house was ready, they dropped it all off for us in the right rooms. The team from Deanshanger covering Oxford- Northampton were friendly and helpful, they emptied the contents of a two bed flat (two pods) in little over an hour, and deposited it all in a three bed house in 40 minutes! Have not yet opened up all my boxes yet but i have faith in the job they did.

Muhammad was a great help in the process from start to finish. He was very friendly and was clear in explaining the process. Muhammad had also gone out of his way to call the storage location to see if I could store my items on a day that they don't usually.
Furthermore, I was surprised by their call system. They had all my information on file from the previous call and reconnected me to Muhammad after seeing I talked to him previously.

Gavin and his team (Darnell, Vermell, Paul and Zoltan) were brilliant. Helpful, considerate, efficient and fun - making the move stress free, despite the amount of stuff we had! Nothing phased them. Would recommend.
My only issue was with the price transparency on the website. It wasn't clear that loading and unloading charges would differ, and once you had your things in storage you had no choice but to pay the higher unloading fees. Variable pricing would be really helpful.

The two guys helping (Steven and Richard I think!) were lovely, friendly and professional. They did a really good job and put me at ease while moving all of my furniture, even the heavy stuff! Moving is very stressful and I felt a lot better after they came and helped with storing my items.

I was constantly updated by Steven, with calls, voicemails and messages about ETAs, etc, on the day before, then on the day of moving. My partner was in the property when he came to collect my things with a partner and was very friendly. I’m really impressed and would 100% recommend.

A very efficient service. The drivers were pleasant and respectful of the property. They turned up at the time they said and were done within an hour for 1.5 pods of goods. They also had door and floor protectors down. Definitely use this service again.
