We chose easyStorage because they collected from our old address, stored the goods and then delivered to our new address. This seamless service made our lives easier. Both the collection and delivery went smoothly - although this is largely dependent and helped greatly by having your stuff carefully packed and ready beforehand. For the delivery, Dan and Sergui were just great to work with and made the unloading a pleasant experience.

Russell , Charlie and Ollie turned up just before 9am after I had a text from Russell letting me know when they were due so I could sort a few things out first. Yet again all 3 of them were friendly and polite and efficient, everything brought back to us as it left and placed where we wanted it to go. Felt guilty as I couldn't really help out as they managed everything perfectly so all I could do was offer coffee and biscuits! Thanks again to all 3 who have made our move less stressful and was a pleasure talking to them. Please pass this on to your team and thank them for their excellent work for us, give them a bonus they deserve it! I will thoroughly recommend Easystorage to anyone I know who requires storage or a house removal. Thanks to everyone at Easystorage from Paul, Mandy and Tilly the cat.

These guys were excellent. I was able to get a slot at short notice when I was in a difficult spot. On the day they were punctual, friendly and helpful whilst we were running around getting the last bits done. Not only that but the guys were able to fit my stuff into just two boxes when I originally ordered three as I wasn't sure they would. I certainly wouldn't have been able to but they were great at fitting things neatly into the space available. I was very stressed about the day that could have been but these guys were able to make it run as smoothly as I could have asked for.

As we were to be living in temporary, furnished accommodation for 6 months while looking to buy a house, easyStorage was the perfect removal and storage solution for us.
Back in March, they carefully collected our furniture and belongings from the house we were moving out of, boarded up the three neatly filled pods and whisked it all away to their secure storage facility.
As soon as we'd received our completion date for our house purchase in October, we scheduled the return of our possessions to our new address, which arrived precisely on time and was unloaded into our new home within the free first hour.
The friendly and efficient removals team took all precautions to ensure there were no damages to either the furniture or the property, and, with no thanks to our poorly labelled boxes, worked with us to make sure our possessions were placed in the correct rooms.
All at an extremely reasonable price, we cannot fault a single aspect of their service and highly recommend easyStorage for any and all storage and removal requirements.

This company know how to deliver a first class service . My approx 90 boxes arrived and were off loaded in about 45 minutes, so no extra charges, really nice gents off loaded and placed where ever I needed, moving is one of the most stressful things to do, they made it bearable and an easy process thank you Easymove

Very helpful staff, easy booking process. Proactively rescheduled booking earlier when a cancellation arose. Pick up team were great, arrived on time, managed to get everything into one pod, locked up and done in less than an hour. They refunded the extra pod promptly too. Not tested the process to get belongings back but process in was excellent.

I am an international student, and I was close to being forced to contract easystorage for the storage of my belongings for the next academic year.
EasyStorage has been easy to contact, their storage services were easy to organize and fast. The customer service was very friendly and they answered my queries quite fast. There is also the fact that easy storage can take your belongings right into your room if they are provided with the means to enter.
Still, I could not find all of my belongings when easy storage returned them to me.
I still recommend it for people that cannot go and store their belongings by themselves, but I think it is quite expensive for the service they provide and if I have the chance, prefer to store my belongings myself.

Connor and Lewis arrived promptly when they were expected. They were happy to work with the site wardens on the site on arrival in the best way possible to ensure not getting the truck or risk any damage to the grass.
They worked quickly and efficiently to load our goods in a friendly and helpful manner.

The crew from easyStorage Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield were absolutely incredible. They made an extremely stressful and difficult week manageable by being some of the most helpful, polite and flexible people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They maintained their professionalism and cheery demeanour throughout, despite difficult access conditions and awful rain and winds to get the job done. If the storage and return go anywhere near as well as the collection, I will be an extremely happy customer and i'm certain I will be using them again in future.
