I have had to move 13 times in as many years, often with breaks between homes and therefore staying with parents for s few weeks. I'd always used self storage facilities in the past for these periods. What a mistake! A right palava and so expensive. I decided this time to use easystorage and I have been kicking myself that I'd never done it before. Booking was easy as pie and the customer service was impeccable. The service on the day was amazing, Steve and Richard (I hope I got the names right), the nicest 2 guys you could ever wish to meet! They loaded all my furniture and possessions into the crates in Ware back in June and it was so simple and effortless for me. 5 months later and I have just got my new flat in Harlow. The same two guys arrived with all my stuff, unloaded it up into my first floor flat and were so lovely and friendly and very speedy. I cannot thank them enough and will be recommending easystorage to everyone I know. They are the BEST! Massive thank you to all of them, including those on the phone! Xx

Last time I moved, the removal company left a lot to be desired. So I wondered how it would be with Easy Storage. I needn't have worried. Les and Tim were extremely professional and took care of my possessions as if they were their own, They ensured that any walls and doors were fully protected and got on with their task with the minimum of fuss, even though we were on the 2nd floor and without a lift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Storage based on this experience

I as booked storage drop off at my new flat between 2 and 4. David called me in the morning and offered to come early if I wanted. I agreed and they were already there when I arrived. Recognised David as he moved me out of my old flat 3 months ago. Both David and Garry were friendly, efficient and very careful. They also gave me a New Home card which was a lovely touch. Great customer service!

My only point would be that maybe make it clearer that your collection/delivery is not in fact free as neither service would be possible without the two men for whom you charge £,80.

The pick up guys gave me a call in advance to let me know they were coming, parked as close as they could with no fuss and were very helpful in moving my stuff into the van. It’s been a smooth service so far with Easystorage end to end, from customer service on the phone and especially to the guys who helped load the van. Only development point is the chat service on the website, it’s good it’s not automated but they don’t have access to customer data so they can’t really help you.

From the initial phone call (thank you Raymond), to the follow up planning calls to the collection itself - everything ran smoothly. On the actual day of collection the gents, Andy and Dan, rang to ask if they could arrive early and even went as far as to advise me when they got stuck in moderate traffic which delayed them by about 10 mins. Even better they were polite, cheerful and loaded our storage items with care. They were then clear about what happens next and how I should go about arranging to have my items dropped back to me. An excellent service so far!
