Very professional and efficient! The guys who came over to load the storage container were very efficient and careful with our stuff. The loading/arranging of our things inside the container was done very well too! They did all of the heavy lifting from all parts of our house. Overall Tim and his mate were great in getting all of our stuff into the container!

My experience with easyStorage was really a "game of two halves."
The team collecting my house contents seemed very inexperienced, unsure how best to move common items such as sofas and drawers. They said a number of things which I had to challenge: the boxes should be stackable and uniform in size; soft furnishings should be covered; they couldn't take ANY food items; duvets and pillows should be in bags. I kept having to check the terms and conditions, which I had already read!
I chose three pods because that was advised for a two/three bedroom house. I had three bedrooms but live alone so only two beds, one wardrobe etc. There should have been ample space. There was not. Which left me with excess stuff and limited time to get it out of the house before my 3pm deadline. I had to make several trips to the tip to throw away things which should not have needed throwing away.
The team trying to return my stuff - which had to cancelled - were lovely and helpful.
The team returning my stuff a week later were the same team who collected my stuff. This time, they were quick, helpful, friendly and deserved five stars...
I might be wrong, but I got the impression that the collection was done deliberately slowly in order to take three hours instead of two and they were hoping to sell me furniture covers etc.

I found easy storage on line,because I wasn't happy with my current storage company . I'm so glad I found easy storage they have been so professional in dealing with client's. They collected my storage packed it beautifully into their pods . There was no charge for this which so impressed me. As I know other company's charge for this as did the other company I was with. Not only did they collected my things ,but I had 3 containers and they packed it into 2 pods this says alot about this company . It has showed me that the client comes first with this company . Steve and Richard were so lovely and very professional all the way through . They would message, and email me through.out to let me know what was happening. I never had this with the other company I was with. All I can say is I'm glad I found easystorage it's given me peace of mind knowing my storage is safe and with a professional company. I have no hesitation in recommending easy storage to anyone. Sue Whytock.

This was a potentially difficult and complicated move involving months of items being held in a number of storage facilities and the date of the move to our eventual home in Gloucestershire and our choice of eventual home changing after we had moved out and sold our Dorset home. Spencer Bowley and his team were not fazed and their flexibility and willingness to work with us and handle our sometimes awkward requirements were hugely appreciated. We were also pleased that they recognised that we had done our best with clear labelling etc to help them. They offer a price-competitive service but having regretted using a very cheap company the previous time we moved we were relieved to have chosen a competent and pleasant team to manage the move and store our possessions. We had items in storage for 8 months and were pleased not to have problems with damp etc etc when reunited with our furniture, bedding and clothes. A minor breakage was sorted amicably and with a number of delicate and valuable items being moved and stored we were pleased with the respect shown to our items.

Cannot recommend enough! I hate moving house and this was one less thing to worry about, and removed a huge amount of stress on the day. The team were punctual, friendly, and very efficient. Such a great service, and saves you the hassle of having to hire a van, load it yourself etc. Absolutely brilliant!

Amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient, and ensured I got the service I was looking for. Ross and team collected my belongings and furniture quite a few months ago, and returned it to my new address all in one piece, with no a scratch on it or my new house yesterday.

We moved today with the help of John, Sergiu, Marc and all I can say is wow! They turned up on time and introduced themselves, took the time to check with us throughout the packing to make sure everything was taken correctly and were very professional. An hour or so later all our belongings were safely packed away ready to go in to storage.
Having them as loaders took away all the stress and hassle of packing. There’s no way we would have managed to what they achieved in a hour.
Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I’ve had to pack up a lot of stuff in preparation for some building work and decided to use easyStorage to get it all out if my house for the duration of the build. This was so easy! The 3 guys that came this morning were all super helpful and couldn’t have been any nicer. They had taken all the stuff out and loaded into the pod in under 20 minutes - job done! Thanks again!

I wasn't sure it was possible to improve on the service provided by easyStorage during the collection, but the return was even better. The team pulled out all the stops to organise my return to a different part of the country and just a few days before Christmas to boot. Everything was exactly where it was when the pods were packed and nothing was missing or broken in the whole process. Thank you once again for your amazing service, if we ever need storage in future I know who i'll be contacting.

The guys were brilliant. I'm on the fourth floor of a building with no lifts and the guys not once complained. They were very quick in bringing the boxes up.

Absolutely fantastic service from Easy Storage once again yesterday! 👏👏 My wife and I had to collect our goods in two pods: one in Bexhill (my daughter’s) and the other in Newhaven (ours).
We drove from Ashford to Bexhill and arrived 45 minutes before our midday appointment yet the staff there arranged for our pod to be opened and a gentlemen (I think his name was Joe 🙏) offered to lift up the goods to us from the pod as we stood in the Luton van and arranged them (poorly as it turned out😀).
In Newhaven, the service was even more outstanding as we now arrived 90 minutes before our appointment and were given access to our pod in 15 minutes. Peter was incredibly helpful, rearranging the first load so that we could get the goods from the 2nd pod into the van space. Then, he and Ashley helped us load the goods from the pod.
NONE of the staff were obliged to be so helpful and yet they offered without a second thought. I already wrote a great review when Easy Storage collected our goods and am delighted to write an even better one for collection. THANKYOU to Easy Storage. 👏👏👏

Furniture taken out of storage and being delivered to 2 separate addresses is no easy task. But it certainly was for David and Arn from Glasgow who were absolutely tremendous. These guys worked tirelessly and absolutely nothing was a problem. David even managed to source 2 bed bolts from his own garden shed after the furnishings were originally put into storage and he noticed they were missing. Above and beyond if you ask me.
They made the whole process so seamless and took a lot of pressures away from us. We cannot thank these guys enough and would definitely use this service if it is required in future. We want to thank David and Arn from the bottom of our hearts. You are absolutely wonderful guys who went above and beyond. Thank you both so much
