I recently met with Russell of easy storage as I was looking to stop offering that service from Moving Chaps to concentrate on what we do best which is Move People with a stress free service. Russell was very professional as was his wife Fiona. A first class storage proposition backed by the world wide easy group of companies we all know and love, with personal service from local people. I thoroughly recommend you look them up !

On collection and delivery days, at both ends the care and professionalism from the delivery teams was first class, and they work incredibly hard to complete the job in the time window. This has probably been the easiest move ever. From the moment we called and spoke with the team on the phone, they answered all of our questions, they were really honest with prices and amount of storage needed and they gave us useful advice to prepare our furniture for the big day. The crew that came on the day was extremely helpful and they knew exactly what they were doing, they're proper experts and it shows! We're really happy with how everything went, the team made a really stressful time an enjoyable one, they were all kind, polite and funny! We had the best time. Advice for anyone using this services, make sure to break all the furniture into smaller pieces when you can to ensure all of your things will fit. We hired 2 pods for a 1 bedroom flat and the crew was done in 45mins. Really pleased and will definitely use their services again, cannot reccommend them enough.

Chaps arrived as discussed with arrival times confirmed. Good natured friendly and helpful as expected! Worked hard and efficiently and when they ran out of space (too much junk!) quickly returned to base for another pod. Job well done. Will be happy to recommend your services.

Paul, Dave and Andrew were great. Paul phoned in advance to let me know they were half an hour away and they arrived within that time. The guys were respectful of my property and furniture etc and very friendly overall. I would certainly use them again and would also give a shout out to the telephone staff and the online chat staff for all their help too.

Absolutely 5* service from easy storage, richard and steve were absolutely brilliant. They really took care of my belongings and even wrapped delicate itsems up with complimentry materials. They filled up one pod in less than 40 mins without me having to lift a finger. Couldnt recommend enough.

Len and Josh were polite courteous and accommodating. Great staff who work very hard. As the front face of the company they are doing an excellent job. Also a huge thanks to Joe who booked our pod. He also offered excellent customer service.
My only criticism is not including the drop back fee in initial discussions. This makes the extra cost a surprise when finalising booking. But that is a policy point and not the fault of anyone we have dealt with who have all been excellent.

Really great service - would recommend to anyone! Super easy to organise and the two movers who came to pack everything into the units were absolutely lovely and incredibly efficient. Totally unfazed by our super steep stairs down to our basement flat too. I’d been really dreading the move but the whole thing went incredibly smoothly!

Cannot reccomend them enough, in less than an hour they emptied a 3 bedroom town house with bed, sofa, kitchen appliances, push bikes, box over box over box! And they ended up using less space than we expected so it's even cheaper than expected, no hidden charges, it's cheaper than many many other storage options and it's really easy and straightforward. Seriously they are amazing!
