Great customer service when I booked and flexibility in rescheduling due to covid issues.
One area of improvement might be providing more narrow windows or texting me estimated arrival - otherwise a perfect service with reasonable prices too.

Brilliant, Alex, Mark and Jake turned up on the agreed time. Quick and efficient with getting every packed into the pods to be taken away. Couldn't ask for a better team. Would recommend to anyone looking to move or just store any odd and sods.

Andy and Ryan were brilliant lads. They called in good time. Arrived ready to go. They were both helpful in discussing my needs and organising the pack into the van.
They treated my possessions well, and advised on best practices for packing and sealing. Great team. Would happily have them back again.

I received the promised phonecall and true to their word, Navin and Sat arrived bang on time!
After a quick assessment of the items to be stored, they put protection on the door and floor as required and started to fill up the pods.
Navin and Sat were very friendly, yet professional throughout their time at the property.

David and Alex are two of the nicest people I've ever met. To have all of our belongings being put into storage was nerve wracking and they have made it a pleasant experience today. Two genuinely lovely and hard working people and we hope to see them again when we are moving into our new house.

I recently met with Russell of easy storage as I was looking to stop offering that service from Moving Chaps to concentrate on what we do best which is Move People with a stress free service. Russell was very professional as was his wife Fiona. A first class storage proposition backed by the world wide easy group of companies we all know and love, with personal service from local people. This has probably been the easiest move ever. From the moment we called and spoke with the team on the phone, they answered all of our questions, they were really honest with prices and amount of storage needed and they gave us useful advice to prepare our furniture for the big day. The crew that came on the day was extremely helpful and they knew exactly what they were doing, they're proper experts and it shows! We're really happy with how everything went, the team made a really stressful time an enjoyable one, they were all kind, polite and funny! We had the best time. Advice for anyone using this services, make sure to break all the furniture into smaller pieces when you can to ensure all of your things will fit. We hired 2 pods for a 1 bedroom flat and the crew was done in 45mins. Really pleased and will definitely use their services again, cannot reccommend them enough.

Chaps arrived as discussed with arrival times confirmed. Good natured friendly and helpful as expected! Worked hard and efficiently and when they ran out of space (too much junk!) quickly returned to base for another pod. Job well done. Will be happy to recommend your services.
