I honestly wish I could give them more stars. I have been meaning to write this review for ages, but Jack and Jamie were absolutely incredible. They collected our stuff on the 18th and not only were they lovely, they kept it under 2 hours and were very transparent about all costs, etc. I was more than happy to give them 5 stars at this point. However, to make them even more amazing, we were going on holiday on the Sunday and by mistake my other half had packed the passports. Jack and Jamie helped us get access to them. I genuinely cannot thank them enough, I am so sad that I cannot do more than give them a 5 star review, but literally could not recommend this company and their people more

They had some technical issues when I booked and my booking didn‘t go through to the right branch. The team contacted me a few days before my move and they were able to sort it with a different branch. Thank you for that! Louis and Gavin arrived at the agreed time and were really quick and professional. I will now book the drop off, but I am happy with the service so far.

The men who packed our belongings into storage this morning were wonderful. They let us know 15 minutes before arrival and arrived bang on 8am. They were polite and friendly as well as efficient in their work. They had a great working relationship and completely set our worries about the process at ease. Top notch. This is my first time using easy storage but I’d heavily recommend them to anyone. First the containers are bigger than you think, they’re really tall so worth thinking about how you want stuff stacked bottom to top to make the most use of the space.
Paul & Caleb were brilliant, really nice guys and really helpful. I had half a garage to load, loads of awkward things, heavy stuff like vices and jacks, bikes etc etc we were done in 17 minutes, they don’t waste any time. Top notch, easily recommend to anyone.

I called easyStorage for an urgent furniture collection after another storage company cancelled my booking at the last minute. I spoke to Artie on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the company carried out the collection on the same day with no problems or hassle. I wasn’t there to meet the guys who packed the van, but everyone involved made the process really easy. I even got a refund for having asked for too much storage space! Couldn’t be happier with this service.

Had a removal by Paul, Nick and John this afternoon to remove contents of a two bedroom house. Very pleased with the efforts of these guys, arrived early and finished the job within the hour. Very pleasant and helpful and most importantly careful with our belongings. Would highly recommend 👌
